Information on the Texas Honor Ride:
The Texas Honor Ride is a 501(c)3 charity that raises funds for
our wounded warriors at Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC) in
San Antonio. In the last three years the THR has raised over
$280,000 for our wounded soldiers and their families. The
Texas Honor Ride is one of the largest non-corporate donors at
BAMC for our wounded heroes. Many of our wounded soldiers are
at BAMC for a year or more. Our wounded have many expenses
that are not covered by our government and most of those are
for trying to support their families. The THR tries to cover
these expenses so our wounded can focus on their recovery. All
funds raised go to the Warrior and Family Support Center at
BAMC where the staff and consulars administer the funds to our
wounded.
